What types of events do you cover?

We cover a wide range of events including concerts, festivals, corporate events, and private parties. If it's not listed, please get in touch and if we can support, we sure will. 

How do you ensure staff are trained?

All of our Security staff are licensed in accordance with the Security Industry Authority (SIA). It's a criminal offense to work in a licensable role without a license, with a maximum penalty of six months in prison and/or an unlimited fine. 

Our staff undergo rigorous training and continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest security protocols. 

Our Stewards are highly trained with a key focus on customer service. Our team are also 'dementia friends' and very experienced at providing support at any event. 

In addition, we provide in-house training and toolbox talks on various different elements of the roles our team perform and the industry we serve.
